Revision of the Tani web based product configuration

Version 1.1 - 2021.10.20
- On the Regor and Tauri devices a new start page is used. It offers the web configuration,
the web toolkit examples and the local MySql server configuration.
Version 1.0 - 2021.08.12
- First release of the Tani web product configuration for the OPC server.
All connection types can be created, edited, removed and diagnosed.
The user management is supported. License handling and versions exists.
A status variable exists.
Open are symbol/structure editing and imports.
