Revision of the Tani web based SCADA frontend

• New engines, valves, pumps and more. Various designs, selectable with a tumbnail list.
• Extended error handling: If the websocket connection breaks on its reestablishing all variables are recreated also.
• The error display element now allows a list of the last errors.
  Additional a global error diagnostics exists.
• An example using a structure is added. This may be needed for complex data writing as for profiles.
• The PLC browsing now offers a reload. This simplifies working if in parralel the PLC and the pictures are under construction.
