This is used in the OPC OpcPipe over port connection basic frame: 16 bit opcode, 32 bit framelen following, all in little endian format most give 32 bit IDs and string names. basic rule: topic and item nabes are converted to ids, data transmittsion is based on these ids. no ping pong is played, lot of frames are handled without direct confirm, no waiting to answers. data sends are aknowledged with a quality.
